I have extensive experience spanning both public and private sectors, having established myself as a detail-oriented leader in operational risk management. My career demonstrates a robust ability to develop and implement strategic frameworks—guided by internationally recognized standards such as ISO 31000 and the IRM framework—to identify, assess, and mitigate risks. From designing risk-aware cultures through rigorous risk control self-assessments (RCSAs) and key risk indicators (KRIs) to proactively managing business continuity and crisis planning, I have consistently safeguarded organizational objectives.

In my roles, I have led Risk Researches, capacity building and training programs at the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation, as well as architected strategic risk initiatives at LONIX Machinery and Heavy Equipment. At the Ministry of Water Resources, I spearheaded capacity development projects and conducted risk research studies in collaboration with esteemed institutions to address environmental and agricultural challenges. At LONIX, my strategic initiatives resulted in a significant reduction in financial defaults, demonstrating my ability to translate risk management frameworks into tangible business benefits.

Early in my career, I gained invaluable experience as an Operational Risk Analyst in the IT sector, laying a strong foundation in risk identification, mitigation, monitoring, and compliance.
