I am an accomplished IT Head / IT Manager with over 12 years of progressive experience in IT leadership, enterprise infrastructure, digital transformation, and innovation. Throughout my career, I have consistently delivered projects that modernize IT environments, strengthen cybersecurity, and align technology with business strategy.

Currently, I lead IT operations and digital transformation initiatives for a large organization, overseeing governance frameworks, disaster recovery strategies, hybrid environments, and intelligent automation. I have driven measurable improvements such as enhanced network performance, reduced downtime, improved risk management, and significant cost savings through vendor negotiations and optimized IT operations.

My earlier career includes leadership roles in Injazat Group (Sharjah) where I supervised multiple projects annually and developed infrastructure strategies that boosted scalability and efficiency. As a System Administrator at Badawy Group (Alexandria), I managed physical and virtual servers, implemented comprehensive backup systems, and improved uptime for critical applications. As a Network Administrator at EDU Egypt, I supported networks for 300+ users across campuses, strengthening security and ensuring reliable connectivity. I began my career as a Technical Engineer at Al Saad Group, where I delivered technical projects and achieved high resolution rates in IT support.

Across these roles, I have built expertise in IT infrastructure management, cloud and virtualization, cybersecurity, governance, vendor management, and disaster recovery planning. I combine strategic vision with hands-on technical execution, leading IT teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive efficiency, scalability, and resilience.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from King Marriott Academy, Alexandria (2008 – 2012), which provided me with a strong foundation in information systems, IT management, and business processes.

To strengthen my technical expertise, I pursued multiple professional certifications, including CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), and ICDL. I have also started training in ITIL and PMP, further enhancing my knowledge in IT governance, project management, and service delivery.
