Experience

Job responsibilities  Provide student counseling (Social, emotional, personal, and behavioral).  School Deputy safeguarding lead (Safeguarding, UK standard level 3 trained)  Full fill psycho social needs of students of determination(ADHD, ADD, OCD, Autistic)  Worked closely with competent child protection, comprehensive/community police across the country.  Follow ups with school safeguarding incidents  Behavior management based on MOE by law of conduct.  Act as a whole school wellbeing lead.  Conduct staff wellbeing programs.  Improve the personal skills for each student by individual sessions and workshops  Make and updating school polices with regards to counseling and other supporting programs.  Form school councils (Student & Parent council).  Organizing School Wellness activities  Life Skill Training  LD Screening  Gender Sensitivity Training  School Middle leader  Behavior Management
