 Throughout my career, I have successfully designed and delivered personalized fitness
programs focused on strength, conditioning, and fat loss. My work at Fitness First UAE and as
a Freelance Personal Trainer in Jakarta has refined my ability to motivate clients, build
long-term relationships, and consistently drive results. I am also a certified BoxX Instructor,
with over 10 years of Capoeira coaching experience, including leading a team to a state
championship in 2010.
I am currently completing my ACE Personal Trainer Certification and NASM MMA
Conditioning Specialist program, further enhancing my ability to deliver science-based and
performance-driven training. Beyond technical skills, I pride myself on professionalism, client
