Preparing the Job Offer letter and new work permit once a candidate got hired in our company by the recruitment team (HR DEPT).
2. Checking the preapproval of the work permits prepared frequently.
3. Paying for the preapproval work permits fees.
4. Checking and following up if the work permits was transferred to GDRFA (Immigration System).
5. Ask the recruiters (HR) in the Company for letting the new candidate to exit the
country so we can reduce the expenses of our department accordingly our
Company, to submit their Entry Permission "Visa" (Inside or Outside the country).
Note: - there is difference between Submitting visas inside the country and outside.
6. After submitting visas whether it was inside the country or outside, we may face
some obstacles like the information not shown on the GDRFA system
7. Printing out The Online Visas from GDRFA online System (Immigration System):-
a) I will send the Visa to the HR, so they can ask the
employee to enter the country and to start work.
b) if the Employee inside the country we go forward a new
procedure Called Change of Status.
• In Change of Status as Public Relations Assistant we type the form on the
immigration System and paying for it after that should be submitted to the
immigration itself by the Public Relations Officer "as they are authorized to do
so by handling their PRO Immigration and Labour Cards ".
Preparing the New labour Card and contract Online on MOL System.
Preparing documents for Medical Checkup and to be submitted to the Public
Relations Officers so they can make their Emirates IDs and Medical
Checkups.
After receiving the Emirates ID form and Medical Results, we start to submit the
new labour card online following that submission there is other submission of all Transactions we did in one Batch to be collected by the One Representative from
MOL.
Submit the Online Visa on GDRFA Online System and checking Approvals.

Once the visa is approved we submit all the Documents and Passports to the
Public Relations Officers so they can stamp the visa on the Employees' passports.
• All the staff in our Groups can ask us anytime to make them copies for either
Labour Contract or Labour Card as the MOL stopped issuing those Cards other
than by request from MOL itself; but it's just shown on the system, and no one is allowed to enter this system other than PR Team Members.
• Any Employee who was recently promoted can ask for contract and Visa Modification So we can go forward that modification in Both Systems MOL and GDRFA.
• Preparing overnight Police permits for maintenance, Inventory or whatever Else for all our Branches in Dubai.
• Giving Legal instructions to HR officers regarding anything like what new candidate may face such as Ban, Exiting the country problems for Some specific Nationalities, Relative Sponsorship work permits, or when they should release the settlement of the Staff in case of his Overstayed to guarantee our company's Rights and the Employee as well.
• Preparing NOC for terminated staff to remove the Ban they are serving if required and after the HR Manager's Approval.
• Working on all the online Governmental systems for Both Emirates Dubai and Abu
Dhabi; sometimes it's united systems for the UAE.
• If we are closing any Branch, we should cancel this branch's Establishment and trade
license; accordingly, we should cancel all the sponsored staff on this Establishment and
to start the whole process all over again as a new candidate.
• After we receive from HR department that a certain Employee should be cancelled, we kinds Such as normal inside the Country, absconders inside the country and outside the
Country Cancellation, the cancellation process takes 3 steps 2 on MOL and 1 on GDRFA
• Renew all trade licenses for the Company on Labour ministry Online Systems.
Managing with the HR team lot of things since who didn't return the passport,
cancellations, new candidates, following up why some New Employees didn't come back to the Country or why they didn't leave, ask for health insurance copies till staff salary breakdown's if needed.
• Submit all bills and invoices to the Accounts Department
