Amal Zguayar

I have a diverse background spanning business training, content creation, humanitarian program coordination, and telecommunications management. 

From August 2023 to the present, I have worked as a business trainer and content creator at ALDAR Academy for Vocational Education in Dubai. In this role, I have trained people at all levels, including managers and staff, in subjects like management, leadership, business, HR, and market research. You have utilized new training methods, including online sessions and AI tools. 

Before this, from February 2022 to February 2023, I served as the GBV Gender-Based Violence Program Coordinator and project executive for UNFPA. In this role, I managed humanitarian projects, implemented UNFPA initiatives, planned and monitored project activities, and produced reports.

 I also empowered women and girls through vocational and educational training. Since January 2022, I have also worked as a business trainer and member at EBDA Training Institute. 

From 2008 to 2021, I was employed by Syrian Telecom, holding various management positions. These included the Head of the Quality Management Division, the Head of the PSTN Operation Maintenance Centre, the Head of the Ericsson PSTN Exchange, and the Assistant Manager of the Ericsson PSTN Exchange.

 In addition to my professional experience, I have completed numerous courses and training programs in areas such as life skills, management, business, IT, telecommunications, and humanitarian/social/gender-focused topics
