I’m a sales and operations professional with over 3 years of experience working in B2C sales, education counselling, and client servicing across India and Dubai. I've worked in fast-paced, target-driven roles where I learned how to build trust, guide people toward the right decisions, and convert conversations into long-term relationships.
Most of my experience comes from the education and training sector, where I handled everything from lead generation and student counselling to sales closures and back-end operations. What drives me is seeing people move forward because of the right guidance — and that’s where I’ve found my strength: combining empathy with execution.
Education
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering (E&TC). While my academic foundation is technical, it helped me develop problem-solving skills, structured thinking, and a strong analytical mindset. However, soon after graduating, I realized I’m more passionate about people and business — which led me to build my career in sales, operations, and education counselling.
Alongside my work, I’ve actively pursued management courses and self-learning in sales strategy, CRM tools, and AI-driven business operations, aligning my skills with fast-evolving industry needs.
