Hi, Im Batoul Abu Warrad, 22 years of experience in Education field. I occupied many positions like MYP coordinator, language and literature teacher, IB abinitio examiner, RCD designer. I always  seek to improve my skill. 

I have dedicated 20 years to the field of education, honing my skills and knowledge as both a teacher and an administrator. Currently serving as MYP coordinator/ teacher at Emirates National School, I have gained invaluable experience in curriculum development, staff supervision, student support, and community engagement. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated a passion for empowering students to reach their full potential, and I am eager to bring this enthusiasm to the role of Vice Principal.

My expertise lies in promoting a positive school culture, fostering academic excellence, and nurturing the social-emotional development of students. I possess a solid understanding of curriculum standards, assessment methods, and data-driven decisionmaking, enabling me to effectively support teachers in their instructional practices and ensure high-quality education for all

students. Furthermore, my experience in handling student discipline issues, implementing intervention programs, and collaborating with parents and guardians has equipped me with the skills necessary to maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.

In addition to my practical experience, I hold a Bachelor degree from Damascus University. My ongoing commitment to professional growth is evident throughmy participation in workshops, conferences, and training programs related to educational leadership and administration.
