HSE Engineer, TYCO FIRE AND SECURITY, ABUDHABI, U.A.E. (JAN-

 Ensuring the Company HSE policy is communicated and Implemented in
the Site Location.
 Conducting Regular Inspection of the Work Location, raising nonconformance and maintaining their status AITR Register.
 Conduct Routine and periodical inspection of Equipments and PPE and
maintaining the record in Site HSE file for internal Audit.
 Coordinating with third party agencies for certification and external
training for the employee as per the client requirement.
 Reporting and record keeping of unsafe act, unsafe conditions, Near miss,

 Participating in Client and Consultant Site Walk down and submitting the
close out report for non- conformance.
 Assist Construction Supervisors in delivering Pre-Task Briefings to the
workforce on the control measures identified in risk assessments and the
safe system of work to be adhered to.
 Conducting weekly Toolbox Talk for the Workforce.
 Providing the Workforce regular internal Trainings as the planned HSE
Training Matrix
 Maintenance of Chemical Register, Equipment and Lifting Accessories
Register and preparation of the COSHH assessment from MSDS

 Ensuring the Company HSE policy is communicated and Implemented in the

 Report immediately to the Site Manager any serious safety breaches that
place workers in life-threatening situations.
 Develop and deliver internal training courses on health and safety topics to
the site team
 Undertake a weekly Toolbox Talk with site assigned personnel and ensure
that records are maintained of the talks.
 To conduct daily site inspections and preparing site observation report for
closure by construction team.
 Develop and deliver the Site Safety Induction Training for all workers
including Subcontractors and visitors prior to starting work or a site visit.
 Full time HSE Supervision during the High-Risk Activity and conducting pre
task Toolbox for the involved workforce before starting the work.
