Medical transcriptionist
Approximate rate: د.إ 20 per hour

Experience

  • Type medical documents (e.g. physician dictations and patient charts) 
  • Receive and assist patients as needed. 
  • Maintain detailed patient and medical records.
  • Manage office communications (e.g. phone, correspondence). 
  • Schedule medical appointments. 
  • Work with insurance companies to process claims, process invoices, bills and payments.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. 
  • Adherence to patient confidentiality according to provider standards and government regulations. 

Education

I graduated in 2018 with bachelor’s degree of Arts in English Language from Sudan University of Science and Technology.
