I am currently holding a position of Network Support Engineer with a Bachelors Degree in Mechatronics Engineering. Also, I am a Certified Associate in Project Management.

I have handle 100+ mechanical projects(aircon and Genset) and multiple electrical and DC Power plant engineering projects. I believe I am a good fit for this position because I have skills in Facility management, Project management, cost management, cost estimates, analytical skill and communication skills and I am knowledgeable in the responsibilities listed.

• Created 4 aircon projects for In-building solutions that lead to project implementation at non-PLDT building that increased the sales up to 8% 
• Created 47 aircon projects at various sites to support the TNT Phase 1 project that increased implementation rate to 85%
• Managed aircon projects in 22 municipalities to comply with government requirement that led to support free wifi access for the students
• Managing and monitoring over 110 aircon projects to augment the equipment expansion for TNT Phase 2 project
• Managing and monitoring DC power plant project to support the equipment expansion that led to more equipment energization
• Managing and monitoring EE projects to support the equipment expansion that led to more equipment energization
• Managed changes to project scope, schedule and cost using appropriate verification techniques.
• Conducting site inspection that increased the rate of certainty to provide actual site requirement
• Coordination with site owners/stakeholders to verify site requirements
• Monitoring of site facilities to ensure safety and to with the company and government standards
• Checking of Engineering plans submitted by Contractors to ensure that it meets the site requirement and company standards
• Managed 260 colocation projects that generated an income 
• Prepared Cost Estimates based on UPS that ensures Project cost is within the budget
• Conducted genset testing that ensured new gensets passed the acceptance test prior to delivery on site
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

• Report and escalate to management as needed
