About Hana'a Abdallah:

I bring over 18 years in Special Education field including 9 years of leadership. Being a highly adaptable and versatile educator an Inclusion expert and Leader, I enjoy the opportunity to oversees the development and implementation of special Education programs that promote diversity within the school.
My duties include measuring and monitoring company diversity, developing new programs and practices that effectively increase diversity, and providing support to various groups within the organization. 
My role also includes administering training to help support staff embrace and understand inclusive practices. 
In addition, I am very knowledgeable about reviewing current practices and policies, assessing the extent to which they support or hinder the schools diversity and Inclusion goals.
I possess excellent skills in planning, developing and facilitating the implementation of diverse programs and strategies, I work closely  with the community members in order to build an inclusive culture. 
My role also includes administering training to help support staff embrace and understand inclusive practices. 
I enjoy supporting all learners, I work well with parents, teachers and administrators as well as external agencies in order to coordinates each student’s program. I am resourceful in working with agencies and making appropriate referrals for parents.
My Applied TEACCH - Treatment and Education of students with ASD and related Communication disorders Allows me to develop an individualized person- and family-centered plan for each client or student with Autism, rather than using a standard curriculum, Structuring the physical environment, using visual supports to make the sequence of daily activities predictable and understandable, and to make individual tasks understandable.
I have  also has been trained with Lindamood-Bell full program which includes six programs that help children and adults improve language processing — the foundation of all communication and learning, it is also has been used to strengthen the sensory-cognitive functions needed for reading and comprehension, and has proven successful for individuals with learning challenges, including dyslexia, ADHD and ASD.
My experiences have helped me blossom into a well- rounded and compassionate individual, who takes each student’s unique goals and interests into account and creates effective programs to accommodate their needs.
I was instrumental in setting up the people of determination program and establishing the school protocol’s and policies regarding the integration of people of determination in the past.
I am a strong advocate for people of determination my backgrounds and my trilingual ability allow me to communicate with the significant variety of parents concerning POD in general and students needs specifically.
My commitment to children highlights my expertise in differentiating instruction and demonstrating my communication and leadership skills.
I am passionate about early years, I strongly believe all children deserve the best possible start in life. Early intervention can play a part in offering these children and their families the support they need to reach their potential
