My responsibilities include coordinating crews, managing schedules, interpreting plans, and working closely with engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors to keep work on track. I take pride in leading teams in the field, maintaining a strong focus on safety, productivity, and problem-solving while helping deliver complex civil infrastructure projects successfully.
