My current responsibilities include Creating operations driven KPI's for RCM, Admission process review which includes day to admission and discharge process, medical necessity concerns (Utilization Review) insurance (Prior approvals, revisions, insurance updates, coding (Inpatient and Outpatient), E-Claims submissions, Resubmissions, denial management, Documentation improvement, Physician and staff engagement in continuous education, trainings, audit process, payer discussions and Reconciliation process.

Currently working a RCM Director in Reem Hospital, handling overall RCM operations for a 200 bedded hospital. 

Education

Master's in Biotechnology, Certified documentation improvement practitioner.
