Coordinate with vendors & DC for supplies.

Coordinate with buying team to understand priorities & market needs.

Generate weekly inventory reports & providing necessary information needed to teams.

Work on OOS stores, DC's & maintaining instock to meet demand.

Keeping track of KPI regularly & review replenishment parameters to avoid stock out.

Planning for seasonal SKU's.

Create plan for peak period & manage forecast & allocating stock as per plan.

Analyze historical data & current trends.

Analyze vendor fill rate & implement steps to improve fill rate.

Monitor DC to store movements & assist in resolving operational issues.

Check system readiness for new DC & store opening, maintaining replenishment parameters in system.

Identify slow moving & non-moving articles & Liquidation plan for excess inventory.

Education

I have completed masters in Marketing and Bachelor's in Mechanical engineering.I have experience of supply chain and in addition to this new product launches.
