I worked at Cognizant for 6 years and I had 2 different roles.

As Project Manager I improved project operational efficiency and business growth by applying effective communication where I could engage 9 different areas during the Walmart conversion store project.

As Transformation Office Manager I increased the allocated team from 30 to 150 in one client, the Transformation Office, which also was recognized by the Financial Directory as the most accurate forecast of Cognizant Brazil.

Transformation Office Manager - May 2017 - March 2021

  • Idealization and implementation of Transformation Office and Account Management governance.
  • Translating strategy into a structured, assertive, and achievable plan.

I worked at 2S for 5 years. Here I had 3 different roles and I made a career transition from Support Analyst to Project Management where I could develop skills and deliver large and complex projects that resulted in reduced costs, increased profit margin, and customer satisfaction.
