Experience
I have been working in the Hospitality Industry for a decade now. My first job was at Starbucks Philippines then I went abroad for five years to work in a French Patteserie and Boulangerie. I have decided to go back home and worked in a business process outsourcing company as a call center agent dealing with financial bank accounts in the USA. After a year I made a decision to take another shot of going back abroad to pursue my career in the Hospitality Industry which I have a degree of. I strived and patiently waited for Starbucks UAE to call me and I got the job five years back as a barista. My current role is a Shift Supervisor whose responsible on handling shifts, leading the team as well as training and coaching.
Education
I finished my education in a bachelor level under Hotel and Restaurant Management course.
