I am a recent graduate with an internship experience in the F&B customer service field.  I have a strong passion for the front office.  Looking for an entry-level position in the reception domain where I can utilise my extensive knowledge about the area gained during my degree. Flexible to work in any environment as required. Plus, I am a fast learner and I believe I can make an excellent receptionist in a short period of time.

• Greet and welcome customers 
• Ensure guests receive an excellent customer service
• Handle payment either cash or credit card
• Answer customers questions about the product 
• Solve customers complains effectively
• Take reservation phone call and follow the script to maintain the good quality call
