RESPONSIBILITIES
Review and Revise Documentation: Verify project drawings, schematics, manuals, and certificates for accuracy and compliance. Coordinate project activities from commissioning to operation and maintenance.
Progress Tracking and Assessment: Prepare detailed progress sheets and assess activity weights for electrical tasks.
Document Compilation: Compile essential documents for activities, including method statements, risk assessments (MSRA), test procedures, and reports.
Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients and consultants to establish high standards and optimize resource utilization.
Subcontractor Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors, supervising electrical systems installation to ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.
Safety Adherence and Assistance: Lead strict adherence to Lock Out/Tag Out Procedures (LOTO) and policies. Additionally, prioritize punch lists. Conduct construction process assessments during system walk‐downs, identifying exceptions and deficiencies.
