Procuring Material in Various kind of Engineering Labs, Bulk Stationery Item, Raw material of food Products, Furniture & Electrical Item .
• Cross Check with entire department for that Particular Purchase Request.
• Collecting the Proforma Invoice to make payment process for Selected vendor.
• Set up and negotiated contracts to obtain favorable pricing and delivery structures.
• Built relationships with vendors to negotiate ideal terms for purchases.
• Generated weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports on purchasing operations.
• Negotiate with Supplier
