With over 16 years of experience in healthcare quality assurance, accreditation, and operations, I am a passionate and dedicated leader who strives to deliver excellence and value for patients, staff, and stakeholders. I have successfully led and completed multiple accreditation and certification processes, including JCI, ISO, NABH, and Abu Dhabi regulatory standards, for various hospitals and medical centers in India and UAE.

As the Regional Quality Manager at Burjeel Holdings, I am responsible for ensuring quality operations for five hospitals and fourteen linked medical centers in Abu Dhabi emirate. I coordinate with a multilingual and multinational quality team, develop and execute strategic plans, conduct weekly quality reviews, and implement cost-saving and patient satisfaction initiatives. I also act as a crisis manager and a facilitator for continuous improvement and innovation. My goal is to uphold the highest standards of quality and safety for the Burjeel Holdings network and the healthcare industry.

possess more than 16 years of experience in Healthcare Quality, Operations and Strategic Planning. During this period I have worked at various key roles to facilitate Quality Assurance for different hospitals. 

I am working as Regional Quality Manager for Burjeel Holdings in Abu Dhabi where scope of my service is to ensure upkeep Quality standard for five hospitals and fourteen associated medical centers. Prior to this I worked for India's largest hospital chain Apollo Hospitals Enterprises Ltd. as Dy General Manager and Head Quality Assurance & Strategic Initiatives for Central India Hospitals as Regional Quality head.

I graduated in Hospital Management and a Masters in Total Quality Management. I have done the lead surveyor course for ISO 9001:2015.
