  • Prepare and complete order for delivery or pickup according to schedule load, Pack, Wrap, Ship

  • Sending Enquiries to the vendors registered in the system andalso to new vendors, if specified or required under the guidance of senior Purchasers.
  • Getting quotes from the suppliers/sub-contractors as per the Purchase request from the concerned departments.
  • Comparing the quotations received from different suppliers and selecting the best suitable vendor based on various factor like pricing delivery & payment terms, quality of service, past history etc.

  • Maintaining proper filing records for Purchase Request, LPOs, Invoices, Contracts, Sub-contractor agreements etc.
  • Receiving and checking of the supplier invoices if they are invoicing as per the company terms.
  • Arranging meetings with the suppliers and sub-contractors.
