I am a proactive IT Support and Networking graduate with hands-on experience in configuring Cisco devices, managing Linux and Windows systems, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. With certifications in CCNA, Google IT Support, and Microsoft IT Support, I bring a solid foundation in networking, system administration, and customer service. I excel in end-user support, technical problem-solving, and IT documentation, and I am eager to contribute to dynamic IT environments. Over the past year, I have worked as an IT Support Engineer, providing technical assistance for hardware, software, and networking issues in a business environment. My responsibilities included configuring and maintaining systems, installing and troubleshooting network devices, supporting POS systems, and resolving connectivity problems. I also assisted with documentation, IT asset management, and ensured smooth daily operations with minimal downtime. This hands-on experience has strengthened my skills in system administration, technical support, and end-user service.
