Tino Berninger

As an Equine Specialist, my responsibilities include managing and supervising an 18-member team in a highly stressful and dangerous environment during live international sporting events. Checking each horse and jockey before their races, checking equipment on the horses is correct and safe, organizing and supervising of loading of horses into starting gates during racing events. If problems do arise, I have demonstrated the leadership and capability to handle each scenario safely and effectively, and in accordance with international and UAE Racing rules and regulations. Equine, human athlete and employee safety are my utmost priority, as well as efficiency in an unpredictable and high stakes environment. 

As a personal trainer and fitness coach, I create and direct my clients through individual training programmes, tailored for their specific needs and sports. 

Whilst in Cologne I transitioned from being a Judo trainer to a specialized coach for professional athletes in the equestrian sporting world, training jockeys in order to maximize their performance on race day, by enhancing strength, balance, coordination and endurance, and promoting well-being and longevity, by means of training methods optomise injury prevention. 


My commitment to achieving excellence is deeply rooted in harmonizing operational efficiency, member-centric focus, and revenue generation. My specialty lies in enhancing Personal Training revenue, prioritizing member satisfaction, and fostering engagement through dynamic programming.

My proficiency in sales and marketing strategies has been instrumental in driving revenue growth for the fitness clubs I've worked with. By staying attuned to emerging trends and consumer behavior, I've successfully designed and executed campaigns that not only attract new members but also retain existing ones, contributing to the sustained success of our clubs.

At the core of my leadership philosophy is the art of effective Customer Relationship Management.
