My name is Mohammed Rafeeq, and I am a Public Relations Officer (PRO) with over 17 years of experience in government liaison. My expertise includes company incorporation, employment visa processing, health insurance, Immigration and online services of UAE ministry . I am passionate about my job and take pride in providing exceptional service to my clients.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with some of the best companies and teams in the industry. Senior Public Relations Officer

  • Acting as the company's representative in engaging with government departments to acquire licenses, approvals, NOCs, visas, and authentication.
  • Oversee PRO-related tasks for over fifty companies within the FOBS Group, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner and compliance with all necessary regulations are maintained.
  • Incorporating various types of legal entities, including foreign branch, limited liability company, and other types of company formations, while ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained to issue the final business license.
  • Renew company registrations, including commercial licenses and immigration cards, and make amendments such as changes in trade name, legal form, and partners.
  • Process new employment visas from MOHRE and immigration, tracks the progress of visa applications, including work permit, Emirates ID, health insurance, and medical screening procedures.
  • Ensure timely renewal of employees' visas, Emirates ID and work permits to avoid any fines.
  • Report absconding employees and lost passports promptly to relevant authorities.
  • Register, renew, and amend the MOHRE and Immigration E-File.
  • Address employee’s inquiries and concerns related to visas and other associated processes.
  • Monitor the expiry dates of company legal documents and staff documents.
  • Notify the division/business unit in advance about the expiration of company and staff documents.
  • Provide timely updates to management on the progress of government-related matters.
  • Proficient in government portals including DED, MOHRE, Immigration, TAMM, and other relevant platforms.

Senior Incorporation Specialist 

  • Provided consultations to clients on the requirements for establishing a company in the UAE, resulting in a 100% increase in successful company formation and played a vital role in drafting the essential legal documents for the incorporation process.
