I am writing to express my interest in the Inclusion Leader position that has become available within the school. As an experienced inclusion specialist and passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, I believe that I would make a valuable addition to your team.

Throughout my career, I have worked tirelessly to ensure that all students, regardless of their background or abilities, have access to the support and resources they need to succeed. In my previous role as an inclusion specialist at, I worked closely with students, parents, and educators to create a welcoming and inclusive learning environment for all. I was responsible for identifying and addressing the unique needs of each student, providing targeted interventions, and collaborating with other educators to develop effective strategies for supporting all learners.

One of my greatest strengths is my ability to build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues. I understand that creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment requires collaboration, communication, and empathy. I take pride in my ability to listen to and understand the needs of others, and to work together to find creative solutions that benefit everyone.

In addition to my experience, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Education and a Master's degree in Special Education. I have also completed several professional development courses on topics such as Universal Design for Learning, learning disorders…etc. I am committed to ongoing learning and growth, and I strive to stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of inclusion and education.
