A Dynamic and driven customer care executive experienced with handling Customer Complaints/query, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow-up to ensure resolution. Successful record of fielding phone calls, providing information to customers and acting as liaison   between departments. Aiming to achieve a position of my interest to efficiently utilize my skills in an environment where I can communicate my thoughts.
