Dear Sir or Madam,

As a certified Project Management profession and a SAP HCM Lead Solution Architect, I should be grateful if you would consider my application for the position required.

I am very keen to take new responsibilities with bigger operations and high challenges. I am a fast learner and can adapt to new situations, 

I have been with various organizations like ADNOC, IBM, ARAMCO, AlFuttaim and others in SAP for the last 23 years and a overall experience of 30 years, with the remaining 6 years of experience in Printing field.

In the field of experience in SAP, I have been a Project Manager for SAP projects, HCM/SuccessFactors Project Manager, Integration Manager, HCM Lead, BI/BW Lead, Data Lead, Technical Lead, SAP AMS Project Manager, Business Analysis Lead, HCM Consultant with Time and Payroll implementation experience. I was able to generate success in every project completed and delivered.

During my last position, as HCM/SF Solution Architect and Support Lead at ADNOC, I was responsible for Solutioning, Planning and delivering SAP S4, Fiori, SF with SCP.

Prior to that while implementing at Emirates Airline, I was as HCM/SF Project Manager responsible for Planning and delivering SAP SF all modules, Workforce (Time & Attendance), Open Text and integration with NGA (Payroll). The methodologies used were Agile for SF and waterfall for NGA. 

Before Emirates, I was an SAP AMS Project Manager at Etihad Airlines, where I received Excellence Award for two years in a row. Here I was managing SAP ECC all modules, SuccessFactors, Ariba & BW4HANA

I have a strong delivery capability in software solutions, and being in the middle east for the last 23 years, I know the culture of the region where we will have to manage the various business and delivery challenges.

I have also performed solutioning for SAP modules for new opportunities and won deals for IBM.

I am also Multilingual with fluent verbal and written skills in English, Hindi and Tamil languages and speak a couple more Indian languages; Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Urdu, Basic Arabic and experienced in dealing with different cultures and nationalities.
