I am a Certified in Accounting & Finance (CAF) Qualifiedand Chartered Accountant Finalist with a Master Degree in Accounting & Finance. I have total 10 years of experience in accounts, finance, audit and taxation, both in audit firmand the industry; I have developed a strongskill set in various aspectsof financial management.
Throughout my career,I have gained a deep understanding of accounting standards, IFRS & ISA, Income Tax, VAT and Corporate Tax.
I am proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, ERP Oracle and MS Office, enabling me to efficiently handle financial data and generate accurate reports.

Experience
- Evaluate the financial information and prepare the Financial Statements with proper disclosures.
- Prepare books of accounts, and conduct tax compliance audit.
- Collect and process financial and related information to meet internal needs and external obligations.
- Perform external and internal audits of corporate clients.
- Prepare & review income tax return and sales tax return (VAT) of various clients.
- Manage imports/exports and deals with banks for related matters of LCs.
- Perform Monthly/yearly physical stocktaking for more than 120 clients..
- Assist in preparation of appeals up to Tribunal Inland Revenue.
- Prepare and finalize the replies of notices both from the Federal & Provincial Departments.
- Managing Assets and prepare wealth statements for record and filing.
- Manage Payables/Receivables and performing Ageing analysis.
- Arranging documents for filing VAT and income tax refunds.
- Monitor and manage the clients’ bank statements or credit history/relationship and liquidity management.
- Review, monitor, and manage budgets/reports by predicting future financial trends and competitors’ data.
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, estimates of employees’ benefits, allowance for bad debts and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
- Finalize quarterly reports and accounts to ensure compliance with applicable Financial Reporting Standards.
- Conduct Tax/Sales Audit and review Books of Accounts in conjunction with Audited Financial Statements to minimize financial risk and to avoid extra tax burden.
- Develop financial reports using bank statements and create personal wealth statements.
- Conduct sales audits and prepare reports to ensure highlighting differences with customers and authorities.
- Ensure strong client relationship management and customer service skills and liaise between the customers and internal teams.
- Produce financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, and expenses/estimates.
- Manage the proper submission of Income Tax and VAT returns of corporate clients.
- Final daily legal correspondence/appeals on both Direct & Indirect Taxes matters and appear before Revenue officers up to Appellate Tribunal level.
- Administration of the office and heading a team of 25 - 30 trainee students and employees.
- Initial planning, analyzing financial data (Data Analytics) to identify risks or opportunities, and direct communication with clients.
- Develop financial models/forecasts and reports by complying with IFRS, taxation and local laws.
- Participate in planning sessions with other departments to support strategic planned activities (Business Intelligence).
- Ensure strong client-firm relationship and provide leadership in creating a culture of risk management, compliance, and growth in the organization.
- Reconcile and present financial statement/books before taxation authorities for conclusion of Tax Audits.
- Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the companies in working with executives to develop financial strategies and tax planning.
- Ensure compliance of Value Added Tax (VAT) and Direct Taxes with relevant tax laws, and present before honorable Appellate Tribunal level to defend clients’ stake.
