I hold extensive experience in both United Kingdom & Sri Lanka with the strong presence in Relationship Management/ New Business Acquisition/ AML/ Compliance policies and practices. 

Stating my experience briefly, I’ve been working as a Manager Forex at BFC Bank in United Kingdom incharge of branch Remittances & Forex handling more than 20 international currencies, whilst in Sri Lanka I was working as a Manager Forex and Fixed Deposits Operation at Asia Asset Finance PLC & as a Customer Engagement Specialist at Hatton National Bank PLC respectively. 

In my previous employment, i undertook duties as an Associate Manager Forums for Sri Lanka Association for Software Services Companies (SLASSCOM) in liaising with internal and external stakeholders managing various forums and events in Technology, Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence and Product and Platform Council. 

I am a hand on, dynamic team leader in having the ability to build a good rapport with internal and external stake holders whilst having an excellent people management skill to onboard new clients.
