I’m a CDA-licensed Counselling Psychologist with an MA in Counselling Psychology from Webster University (Leiden) and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology with Counselling Skills from Middlesex University (Dubai).

My work is grounded in an integrative, person-centred approach, combining techniques from CBT, DBT, and Schema Therapy to create tailored, evidence-based care for each client. In my practice, I have supported clients in dealing with adjustment difficulties, academic stress, anxiety, and low self-esteem, to name a few. These experiences that deepened my understanding of how therapy can help individuals rebuild confidence and find balance.

I’m passionate about making mental health care more accessible and helping people feel seen, heard, and supported. As I continue developing my clinical skills, I’m focused on creating safe, empathetic spaces where clients can work toward meaningful, lasting change.

Completed a rigorous graduate program focused on psychological assessment, counselling techniques, and ethical practice. Conducted scientific research exploring psychological wellbeing and intervention outcomes. Trained in evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, and Schema Therapy. Administered and interpreted assessments for anxiety, depression, and general mental health concerns under supervision. Developed strong skills in case formulation, intervention planning, and multicultural counselling.
