Proven expertise in end-to-end Microsoft 365 platform ownership, identity and access management, cloud migration, security, governance, and service optimisation. Experienced in supporting business-critical environments, leading technical initiatives, and driving continuous improvement. I am seeking the next challenge in my career within the IT support industry and believe I would add value in any Microsoft 365 (M365) role. I bring 15+ years’ experience delivering enterprise IT services. I continually reflect on my skills and actively seek improvement, as I enjoy learning and adapting to the evolving technology landscape. My experience spans education, local government, central government, healthcare, and private sectors across the UK.

Initially, my career focused on on-premises End User Compute (EUC) services and products. As the industry shifted toward cloud computing, accelerated by the pandemic. my role naturally transitioned to supporting cloud technologies. More recently, I have specialized in M365 products within the Software as a Service (SaaS) model. 

My personal interest in cloud technology, combined with relevant M365 experience and a strong desire to stay ahead of technological trends, makes me well-suited to roles within the M365 product suite. I believe my academic qualifications and transferable skills position me to make a meaningful contribution. I would also welcome the opportunity to work within the UAE IT support industry, as it would challenge me to grow beyond my comfort zone. 

In my current role as a Senior M365 Engineer at MHCLG,UK I am responsible for B2B collaboration and work extensively with settings, functions, and services that span both M365 and Azure. My current focus is on the UK Gov Assure project within the M365 scope.
