Experience In India
I have started my professional Journey with TATA Group as a Project Engineer (TATA Liebert Limited) having an array of solutions in the business of clean air & clean power. Further, had an exposure in managing the MEP operations of Five Star hotel (SAHARA STAR) & I have developed the skills in fit-out works & Facility Management solutions while working with JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle) in Project & Development Services.
UAE Exposure
In 2007, I have started UAE Journey with OMEGA Engineering LLC (MEP Contracting Firm) as a Senior Project Engineer & worked on high rise commercial & residential project.
Worked with JRA as project Manager (Jack Rouse Associates – US Based Architecture & Project Management Firm) Specialized in Theme Park & Museum Exhibits. Successfully managed the day-to-day project & operation works of Ferrari Theme Park at YAS Island – AbuDhabi.
Worked with RAS Engineering LLC (MEP Contracting Firm) as a Operation & Maintenance Manager & manage the day-to-day O&M works of ADNOC Properties at Ruwais – AbuDhabi; was managing the operations & maintenance of residential township. Corporate Offices, Health club, Sports Arena & Retail sector.
Since Sept 2012, I am associated with Landmark Group heading FM Operations of Oasis Mall Dubai & Sharjah; also, providing technical support to Oasis Malls GCC.
