Over the course of my 13 years of UAE experience, I have supported businesses in the Oil & Gas and manufacturing sectors with end-to-end HR services, led HR regional teams, and provided HR support to headcounts of more than 1500. Also, I have an academic background in IT, have trained students, and offered IT lectures at Indian universities. I have helped businesses create IT models that support business operations and cut down on time and cost.

I've worked with start-up businesses, actively participated in pre and post-merger operations, worked on change management projects, developed employee contracts in accordance with the Labor Law, managed recruitment projects including Emiratization, and maintained compliance with regulatory authorities. 

Worked with the software development team to develop HR module on SAP, PeopleSoft and Next Generation Finance (an Oracle-based software). Was involved in the various stages of the software development life cycle like planning, requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and documentation. Have been responsible for identifying, procuring and setting up of an IT department and Computer network for an automobile Dealership
