MAZAMEER DESIGN ENGINEER STUDIO, ( India ) May 2022 - till • I’m working as a TEAM LEADER – BIM • Training team members, setting strategy and monitoring progress towards goals. • To Ensure 3D models for Architecture disciplines are created Multi level of development using Revit software • Developing Architecture Revit template & families • Design Interior of a building to achieve a healthier and more aesthetically pleasing environment for the people using the space • I use Naviswork for clash detection. I work with modelers and engineers of other disciplines to resolve the same. • I design using Twinmotion to create walkthroughs and high quality renders • I organize meetings and liaise between my team and consultant for discussing and executing the BIM plan • I also co-ordinate with draftsman of different departments and feed the information to the model. • In some cases, if a project is outsourced for design then I co-ordinate between draftsman and design consultants. 2. DAT ARCHITECTS & ENGINEERS, (Dubai) SEP 2020 – APR 2022 ⚫ I'm working as a BIM ENGINEER ⚫ Collaborated with project teams to develop BIM models for projects and assisted in the development of construction documents using Revit. ⚫ Provided technical support on assigned projects, including coordination with consultants and vendors as needed. ⚫ Assisted Project Managers in developing schedules, estimating costs, preparing bid packages, etc., utilizing Autodesk Navisworks software. ⚫ Performed quality control reviews of drawings prepared by others and .provided training to other team members regarding best practices related to BIM implementation ⚫ Developed relationships with clients and collaborated closely with architects, engineers,contractors, subcontractors, etc., to ensure a successful project outcome. 3. AL TURKI ENTERPRISES L.L.C, ( Oman ) Dec 2016 - July 2020 ⚫ I’m working as an Architectural BIM Modeler ⚫ To Ensure 3D models for Architecture disciplines are created at LOD400 using Revit software ⚫ Developing Architecture Revit template & families ⚫ Design Interior of a building to achieve a healthier and more aesthetically pleasing environment for the people using the space ⚫ I use Naviswork for clash detection. I work with modelers and engineers of other disciplines to resolve the same. ⚫ I design using lumion and sketchup to create walkthroughs and high quality renders ⚫ I organize meetings and liaise between my team and consultant for discussing and executing the BIM plan ⚫ I also co-ordinate with draftsman of different departments and feed the information to the model. ⚫ In some cases, if a project is outsourced for design then I co-ordinate between draftsman and design consultants. ⚫ I also helped the execution team for scheduling using Quantity take off in Navisworks. ⚫ I maintain an Excel tracker that has information about all the models/drawings of different disciplines with their submission status and I keep updating the same on a regular basis 4.
