As an accomplished and ambitious professional with a decade and a half of experience, I possess a wide range of

Since i moved to the UAE three years ago, i worked as a Personal assistant to the CEO of Inteltec Group , and later the
personal assistant of the CEO of The Tomorrow Foundation and their families, in addition i am a shareholder in my

Preparing facilities for scheduled events, (Business and Private), administrating and supporting speaking engagements .
Serving as a reminder for important tasks and deadlines.
Administrative tasks such as setting up office,Busnisses,and interviews for new hires.
Acting as a PRO by setting up all their business in the united Arab of emirates.
Managing diaries , organizing meetings, and scheduling appointments.
Booking and arranging travels, accommodations, transportations for business and private trips.
Drafting, compiling ,preparing reports ,presentations ,and taking notes managing data base and filing systems.
Liaising with staff , suppliers , and government Departments( visas, permits, licences)
Collacting and filing expenses .
Ad hoc tasks at the request of the Chairman/CEO with very flexible availability during same and different time
