I am a highly –motivated in Hotel Engineering and Facility’s Management over 12 years’ experience in all areas from Building facility’s. Most recently, I have been managing the day-day operation aspects of busy occupancy’s which include taking care of PPM and prioritizing tasks. 

I have a great experience in MEP, HVAC, Fire safety& PPM. I prefer to conduct walk through weekly with management staff and prepare defect snags. I keep a check on the efficient maintenance and operation of the architecture. My experience in the hospitality industry has given me additional skills in hotel project, Pre-Opening and renovation. 

I am flexible, conscientious and trustworthy and enthusiastic about my work. I can be relied upon to deliver everything that I set out to achieve, ensuring that it is completed to a high personal standard and within given timeframes
