Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, networking, and marketing campaigns.
  • Identify potential buyers interested in offplan properties and build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Proactively reach out to leads and prospects to introduce offplan projects and schedule property viewings.

Client Consultation and Relationship Building:

  • Conduct indepth consultations with potential buyers to understand their requirements, preferences, and investment goals.
  • Educate clients about the benefits and potential returns of investing in offplan properties.
  • Build strong, longterm relationships with clients by providing personalized advice, guidance, and exceptional customer service.

Property Presentations and Demonstrations:

  • Showcase offplan properties to potential buyers, highlighting key features, benefits, and investment potential.
  • Organize and conduct property viewings, site visits, and model unit tours to help clients visualize the finished product.
  • Answer client inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate and uptodate information about offplan projects.

Sales and Negotiation:

  • Utilize effective sales techniques to persuade and close deals with potential buyers.
  • Present pricing, payment plans, and contractual terms to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Negotiate terms, prices, and incentives to facilitate successful sales while ensuring client satisfaction and profitability for the company.

Market Analysis and Competitor Research:

  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging offplan projects in the area.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to determine pricing strategies, investment potential, and market demand for offplan properties.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on market research and analysis.

Documentation and Transaction Management:

  • Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork and documentation for the purchase of offplan properties.
  • Collaborate with legal and administrative teams to ensure smooth transaction processes and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide regular updates to clients regarding the progress of their offplan properties, including construction milestones and handover schedules.

Client Retention and Referrals:

  • Foster longterm relationships with clients by providing ongoing support, postsales service, and assistance with any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Encourage satisfied clients to provide testimonials and referrals to expand the client base.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a
    Property Consultant, preferably with a focus on offplan properties.
  • Deep understanding of the offplan market, including knowledge of pricing strategies, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales acumen and a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Selfmotivated, proactive, and resultsoriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track client interactions, and generate reports.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.

AED10, AED500,000.00 per year
