    Description
    Job Title: SiteSupervisor JobSummary:As a Site Supervisor you willoversee and coordinate all onsite construction activities ensuringprojects are completed safely on time and within budget. You willbe responsible for managing subcontractors enforcing site safetyregulations and maintaining quality standards. This role requiresstrong leadership communication and problemsolving skills as wellas a keen attention to detail.Responsibilities:ConstructionOversight:
    • Supervise and coordinatedaily construction activities to ensure adherence to projectschedules and specifications.
    • Monitor progressand quality of work performed by subcontractors andtradespeople.
    • Conduct regular site inspectionsto identify potential issues and ensure compliance with buildingcodes and regulations.
    TeamManagement:
    • Assign tasks andresponsibilities to onsite personnel including subcontractorslaborers and tradespeople.
    • Provide guidancesupport and training to site workers to enhance productivity andperformance.
    • Foster a positive andcollaborative working environment among site teammembers.
    Safety andCompliance:
    • Enforce safety protocolsand procedures to prevent accidents and injuries on theconstruction site.
    • Conduct safety meetings andtoolbox talks to promote awareness and adherence to safetyregulations.
    • Ensure proper use of personalprotective equipment (PPE) and adherence to OSHA and otherregulatory standards.
    QualityAssurance:
    • Monitor workmanship andconstruction techniques to ensure compliance with projectspecifications and quality standards.
    • Conductinspections and quality checks at various stages of construction toidentify and address deficiencies.
    • Coordinatewith project managers and subcontractors to implement correctiveactions and resolve quality issuespromptly.
    Communication andReporting:
    • Serve as the primarypoint of contact for communication between project stakeholderssubcontractors and the constructionteam.
    • Provide regular progress updates toproject managers and clients including written reports and verbalupdates.
    • Document site activities includingdaily logs work orders and change orders to maintain accurateproject records.
    Qualifications:
    • Graduationor equivalent; additional education or certification inconstruction management is a plus.
    • Provenexperience of minimum 4 years working in a construction supervisoryrole preferably in commercial or residentialconstruction.
    • Strong knowledge of constructionmethods techniques and materials.
    • Familiaritywith reading and interpreting construction drawings andblueprints.
    • Excellent leadership communicationand interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitaskprioritize tasks and problemsolve in a fastpacedenvironment.
    • Proficiency in computer softwareincluding MS Office and construction managementsoftware.
    • Valid drivers license and reliabletransportation to travel to various jobsites.
