    Description


    • Provides Initial nursingassessment according with the clinical guidelines of the allocatedbusiness unit, proceeds with the required medical referrals as perclinical guidelines.


    • Assesses, plans,implements and evaluates nursing care for each patient'scondition while taking into consideration socioeconomic andcultural factors to ensure a patient center model of care andenhancement of patient and familyexperience.


    • Management andadministration of medication, including vaccines, as per businessunit allocation.


    • Promotes a healthyenvironment that maximizes patient safety, promoting compliance ofclinical practice guidelines, clinical pathways and hospitalpolicies, contributing for best evidence practice and serving as arole model.


    • Uses in an efficient andcarefully manner clinical equipment, uses the material resources ofthe business unit under the guidelines and policies of theorganization.


    • Maintains requirementsof medical store monitoring and safetychecks.


    • Documents as per organizationpolicies and guidelines, maintains effective communication,promoting continuum of patient care.


    •Practices nursing interventions and nursing activities as perclinical competencies assigned to therole.


    • Communicates effectivelyescalation of care, based on nursingassessment.


    • Determines nursinginterventions required based on patient assessment and prioritizesthe identified patient needs in close coordination with the mostresponsible physician and multidisciplinaryteam.
