    Description
    • Develop pre-operational strategiesfor school setup, including obtaining academic plan approvals,facilitating regulatory interactions, formulating admissions andmarketing plans, and assisting with HR and recruitment for newschools.
    • Offer guidance on educational programsand pathways aligned with recommended schoolmodels.
    • Conduct feasibility studies forprospective schools and organizations seeking to establishthemselves in the region.
    • Provide input onschool concepts and designs based on the findings of feasibilitystudies.
    • Liaise with government Ministries ofEducation in the region advising on programmes and strategiceducation projects.
    • Liaise with operators inthe region on new proposals forschools.
    • Possess a solid understanding of theMiddle East's macroeconomic landscape and the factorsdriving educational development strategies, particularly within theinternational school sector. Stay updated on significant regionaland global trends and developments in international education tooffer well-informed advice toclients.
    • Contribute to business developmentefforts, which may involve writing proposals and participating innetworking events.
    • As the project manager, thecandidate is expected to serve as the primary point of contact withclients and ensure effective communication with all stakeholdersand colleagues to facilitate the efficient and professionalexecution of tasks.
    • Meeting project deadlinesnecessitates not only technical skills and experience but also theability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and maintain aflexible approach to office hours.
    • Undertakeresearch for the identified services and provide meaningful marketdriven advice.
    • Undertakefeasibility and highest and best use studies, assess risk andfinancial feasibility.
    • Liaise with subconsultants and other professionals where required to deliverresults.
    • Have an understanding and appreciationof Middle East macro-economics and drivers of developmentstrategies and education sector growth.
    • Keepabreast of key trends/developments in education sector regionallyand globally in order to provide informedopinion.
    • Refer business leads or otherpotential fee earning opportunities into other parts of the MiddleEast and Global business.
    • Contribute tobusiness development including proposal writing and attendingnetwork events.

    GlobalLiaison

    • Liaise with other internaldepartments to coordinate inputs for reports. Cross sellopportunities into local and international teams ClientCare.
    • Communicate fully with all stakeholdersand colleagues to ensure the delivery of tasks are managed in anefficient and professional manner ProfessionalStandards.
    • Build and maintain goodwill,confidentiality and trust with prospective and existing clients atall times in order to foster the professional image of thePartnership Team / OperatingEnvironment.
