- Setting up campaigns and communications (plans& schedules), Creating data segmentation and targeting based on the campaign requirements and available data extensions and data filters
- Scheduling and deployment of email marketing, SMS and Push Notifications using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other available platforms for communication dispatch
- Monitoring and reporting on the campaign performance (communication performance) using SFMC and other platforms
- Working closely with IT team on any development, integration and other custom requirements required for campaign setup, dispatch, and reporting
- Create multi-market email templates using Amp Script/HTML
- Create customer journey based on Communication strategy on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (using Journey Builder/Automation Studio) and working with IT on any development and integrations
- Validate data points and quality to facilitate efficient customer communications
- Setup and validate Loyalty promotions on the loyalty tool to feed into customer journey (trigger comms) and campaigns comms managed via Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Deliver on using A/B Testing and other metric for communication performance
- Monitor dispatch metric using key KPIs such as dispatch SLA, first-pass accuracy, on time delivery, time to market with %age accuracy
- Links and Landing Page management on Content Management System (CMS)
- Create and update website + App with the latest offers and new launches on Content Management System (CMS)
