    Job Title:Quality Assurance Tester

    JobResponsibilities:

    1. Conductcomprehensive testing of software applications to identify andreport defects ensuring the

    delivery ofhighquality products.

    2. Develop and executetest plans test cases and test scripts ensuring coverage of allfunctional and

    nonfunctionalrequirements.

    3. Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to gather and analyse project requirements ensuring clear

    understanding and alignment.

    4. Participate in test design and strategydiscussions providing valuable insights and recommendations for

    improving product quality.

    5.Perform various types of testing including functional regressionperformance security and usability

    testing toensure robust software functionality.

    6.Document and track identified issues defects and enhancements usingappropriate bug tracking tools

    facilitatingeffective communication and resolution.

    7.Conduct root cause analysis of defects working closely withdevelopment teams to troubleshoot and

    resolveissues in a timely manner.

    8. Validate fixes andenhancements retesting impacted areas to ensure successfulresolution and prevent

    regression.

    9. Collaborate with developers to establish andmaintain automated testing frameworks and scripts

    optimizing testing efficiency and accuracy.

    10. Continuously monitor and evaluate testingprocesses identifying areas for improvement and

    implementing best practices to enhance overallquality assurance procedures.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelors degree in ComputerScience Information Technology or a related field.

    2. Relevant certifications in software testing(e.g. ISTQB CSTE) are a plus.

    Experience:

    1. Proven experience as a QATester with a minimum of 4 years in web and mobile applicationtesting.

    2. Strong experience in designing andexecuting test cases for both web and mobile applications.

    3. Handson experience in test automation usingSelenium for web applications.

    4. Familiaritywith mobile testing tools and frameworks (e.g. Appium) for Androidand iOS platforms.

    5. Experience in testingresponsive web design and crossbrowser compatibility.
