    Description

    We are hiring an HR & Admin Manager for one of Abu Dhabis most important event companies which specializes in music events & art festivals in Abu Dhabi UAE.

    The HR & Admin Manager is expected to possess proficiency in both Arabic and English to engage with ministries effectively organizations and departments. Additionally a strong foundation in UAE law is a requisite for this role.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the endtoend recruitment process including job postings candidate sourcing interviewing and offer negotiation.
    • Develop and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
    • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies benefits and procedures.
    • Collaborate with management to address employee relations matters and resolve conflicts.
    • Assist in the development and execution of HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
    • Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance retirement plans and wellness initiatives.
    • Ensure compliance with federal state and local labor laws and regulations.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
    • Assist in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees and managers.
    • Participate in HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives diversity and inclusion efforts and process improvements.
    • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
    • Coordinate and oversee the outsourced IT services to ensure that technology resources are available and functioning optimally.
    • Oversee the management of our facilities including maintenance supplies and vendor contracts.
    • Support the annual compensation review process including salary adjustments and bonus calculations.
    • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
    • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR.


    Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
    • A minimum of 7 years of relevant HR experience in roles with increasing levels of responsibility.
    • Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
    • A background in law would be considered advantageous.
    • Thorough knowledge of HR best practices labor laws and regulations in the UAE.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
    • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Aptitude for maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information discreetly.
    • Demonstrated problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
