    Description
    Support the overall, daily management ofoperational duties. Will require deputizing for Operation Manager,and you'll step in on their behalf wherenecessary.

    Expected to prioritize andcontinually improve the safety at the delivery station.

    You will besupervising logistics assistants, coordinators and deliveryassociates to ensure that every shipment is delivered meeting andexceeding the set operational KPIs.


    You willbe monitoring the coordinator and associate performance andcoaching when needed, partnering with supporting departments toimprove logistics processes and operations, communicating withdelivery service providers to set expectations and raise the bar onquality on their deliverables.

    You will beexpected to interview candidates for associateroles.

    You will be responsible for briefingand monitoring the workload of all drivers and associates.
    Therefore, you'll maintain a keen eye for detail,ensuring that all administrative tasks are accurately and fullycompleted. Moreover, you will measure and monitor overall workflowsand daily metrics. This will enable you to assist the OperationsManager with tracking, trending and reporting on site performance,on a regular basis.


    In addition to yourday-to-day responsibilities, you will also help with training andmentoring new Associates, ensuring that they are provided with theknowledge needed to successfully carry out their tasks.

    Further tothis, you'll follow-up on and resolve any process-relatedissues as and when required.

    You are expectedto be flexible to work in different shifts and to do overtime whenneeded.
