    Description


    Maintain and ensure the data quality for allassets, items, locations, and preventive maintenance program withinMaximo to ensure the safety of the guests and team members.

    Developapplicable maintenance procedures and processes that promote defectfree maintenance work quality and adhere to the global maintenancestandards.

    Manage and maintain the maintenance management mobilesuite across multiple sites and zones, with uninterrupted servicesto ensure timely completion of maintenance activities for handingover the rides safely to operations without impacting the dailyoperations.

    Implement improvements in coordination with IT onmultiple aspects related to Maximo and its suites. Openlycommunicate appropriate and useful information during the executivemanagement meetings, influencing and enabling the executivemanagement to make strategic decisions.

    Work with maintenance andprocurement team to ensure all parts stock levels are maintained ata point that enables scheduled work to be completed without delaysbased on lead times and item usage.

    Evaluating and consolidatingcommon spare parts such as consumables across all leisurefacilities to reduce over stocking, thus reducing the inventoryholding to improve the financial standing.

    Elimination of duplicateitems from warehouse as well as from Maximo, identifyattributes/elements of assets and items and ensure the correctnaming standards are followed, evaluate and provide recommendationson cataloging and organizing all maintenance spare parts.

    Manageand coordinate all activities related to the Document ControlProcedures, Technical documents, Drawings, and Commercialcorrespondence. Create and maintain trackers on movement ofdocuments in addition to safe keep of document control rooms.
    Maintain and track all third-party revisions on manuals directlyimpacting the maintenance and safety of rides. Coordination withOperations for the validation of the Rides performance data.
    Prepare reports as per business procedures to achieve company KPIs,benchmarks and business objectives. Creation of the RidesPerformance Dashboards for Executive Management Meetings, ReportingKPI's, providing executive summary. Analyzing &action plan development for non-compliances. Report and review workorders, analyze and action plan the findings related to backlog orimprovements. Ensure maintaining the trackers for financial targetsthrough tracking expenditures. Support upcoming projects, costoptimization programs to provide positive financial results.
    Supporting the audits whilst ensuring the compliance adherence inaccordance with the procedures. Support Training department ontraining of new CMMS users in conjunction with IT.

    To understand, follow and enforce all standard operatingprocedures to exceed the operational requirements and ensure Guestsalways receive the highest standards of quality and service.

    Tohelp achieve Department and Company objectives, action plans andkey performance indicators to support the Company BalancedScorecard approach in achieving the Executive Strategic Plan.

    Toenforce and adhere to all UAE laws, Health, Safety &Environmental policies, industry and company rules and regulations,reporting any safety concerns or incidents to management tominimize risk and maintain a clean safe and hygienic environmentfor all guests and colleagues.

    To manage emergency situations thatmay arise to minimize possible damage, loss or injury to anyGuests, Colleagues or Company property.
