    Description

    Our client has been providinghealthcare and risk management solutions to clients around theworld for the last three decades. They are offering a young dynamicindividual and opportunity to develop their sales skills in thisLead Generation role.

    You will be responsiblefor producing sales leads by calling on C-suit clients within largeand medium sized multi-national companies throughout Europe andScandinavia countries, based inClaremont.

    MAINPURPOSE OF THEJOB:
    Reportingto the Director of CorporatePartnerships- this key role willtake responsibility for lead generation and arranging prospectivemeetings for the relevant BDM.

    This rolerequires:

    Aproven interest/experience of outbound lead generation via multiplechannels (phone, social media, emailcampaigns)
    Theability to source quality leads to pass onto the Corporate BusinessDevelopment Team, utilising the tools given toyou.
    Theability to manage leads via a CRM platform with scheduled followups
    Closeworking relationship with the Corporate Business Developmentteam

    RESPONSIBILITIESWILLINCLUDE:

    Followingup email campaigns and ongoingleads
    Convertingleads into qualified appointments both face to face andonline
    Qualifyingleads in terms of size, requirements, andtime-scales
    Actas an ambassador for the business, by promoting the companiesservices and identifying new business leads andopportunities.
    MaintainSalesforce the sales database is kept up to date with follow upnotes and furtheractions.
    Meetingappointment monthly meetingtarget
    Sourcingnew leads via variousmethods

    DIARYMANAGEMENT AND MEETINGPREPARATION

    • Ensureknowledge of the corporate sales teams plans and provide asupportingrole.
    • Maintaina good knowledge and relationships with the operationalteams.
    • Preparepower point presentationmaterial.

    CAREERDEVELOPMENT:

    Thisis a diverse role, working within an exciting and fast-movingdepartment with opportunity for career development into a salesrole after 12 months if targets areachieved.

    The job holder will have the opportunity to learn and develop salesand marketing skills, as well as industry knowledge from anestablishedteam.



    Requirements

    SKILLS,KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED ATOUTSET:

    • PreviousSDRexperience
    • Capableof hands on problem-solving, with the ability to generate ideas andsolutions.
    • Abilityto work independently and efficiently using own initiative, with ahigh level of accuracy, as well as work with others in a team andtake the initiative in a dynamicenvironment.
    • Abilityto prioritise own workload and work effectively managing multipledeadlines.
    • Exceptionalorganisational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
    • Exceptionalcommunication skills in English, in all forms including written,oral, email, telephone, andpresentation.
    • Otherlanguage(s) would be abenefit.
    • Excellentorganisational and time managementskills.
    • Apositive attitude to dealing withpeople.
    • Abilityto work well underpressure.
