    Description

    ClientIntroduction:

    In this role youwill have the opportunity to work closely with one of our esteemedclients. This client is a global leader known for its commitment toquality and innovation. They have chosen Dautom as their trustedpartner for their upcomingprojects.

    JOBPURPOSE:
    These apps can be developed for various devicesincluding desktops smart TVs and smartphones. However mobile appdevelopment is the most common use case for native
    appdevelopment. Unlike websites and web applications native mobileapps are not runin web browsers. Instead you can download them fromplatformspecific app stores such as
    Apples App Store foriOS and iPad apps and the Google Play Store for Androidapps.
    Native app development requires different skills andtechnologies compared to mobile website development. With nativeapp development you dont have to worry about browserbehavior
    and compatibility issues. You can leverage thenative features of mobile operating systems to deliver a userexperience tailored to the device and implement the functionalitiesof your application.

    KEYACCOUNTABILITIES:

    Building innovativestateoftheart applications and experiences in collaboration withthe
    Product and UX Design teams from ideation togotomarket.
    Own tasks and be comfortable working in afastpaced environment; get out of your comfort zone and get thingsdone.
    Developing a revolutionary HRfocused mobile app foran internal workforce of thousands.
    Working in ahighperforming Agile Scrum team and attending ceremonies such asSprint
    Planning Daily Scrum Sprint Review SprintRetrospective and Sprint Demos.
    Continuously improve howwe bring new features to market and make recommendations on processand technical enhancements
    Communicating task progressevaluating technical feasibility suggesting technical approachesestimating timelines and resolving technical and processissues
    Improving frontend performance by diagnosing andfixing all system errors and bugs
    Participating inideation and innovation workshops with business and technical teamsto bring fresh ideas from your perspective into the mix
    Designing deploying and managing web and mobile applications thatcan run on multiple platforms
    Writing effective scalableand reusable JavaScript code can help create interchangeablefrontend modules
    Collaborating with design developmentand customer service teams to properly understand clientrequirements and build topnotch apps within the stipulated time andbudget.

    QUALIFICATIONS& SKILLS:

    TechnicalQualifications & Experience
    Designing deployingand managing web and mobile applications that can run on multipleplatforms
    Planning the data and presentation layer forthe front end of all applications

    Expertlevelunderstanding of and its fundamentals & experiencein building cross
    platform mobile applications using theReact Native framework with at least one releasedapp

    (solo or as a team member).
    Utilizing React Native to design and develop UI components for weband mobile apps based on JavaScript
    Wellversed in allaspects of JavaScript like writing effective scalable and reusableJavaScript code can help create interchangeable frontendmodules
    Using other JavaScript libraries (like Redux) tomake asynchronous API calls and enhance website/mobile appperformance
    Indepth knowledge of UI/UX designs andwireframes.
    Good working knowledge of HTML andCSS
    Collaborating with design development and customerservice teams to properly understand
    client requirementsand build topnotch apps within the stipulated time andbudget
    Experience of independently crafted projectsolutions by applying solid ObjectOriented Designprinciples.

    Agile/Digital Experience
    Experience in Agile Development
    Experience working withCI/CD pipelines.
    Experience with the App releasecycle.
