Seventy percent of our team members are technical specialists, encompassing development, infrastructure, testing, and analytics, while the rest comprise business units, including operations, legal, finance, etc.

Job DescriptionResponsibilities:

• Assist in setting up new markets, including creating schedules, assigning responsibilities, monitoring task execution, and communicating with internal teams and external vendors;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key executives in existing and target accounts;
• Conduct research and analysis to improve the company's understanding of a new market and derive insights to guide the company's strategy;
• Support transformative corporate strategy and development decisions, including new market entry, strategic partnerships, and local regulations.

Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in a FinTech company preferred;- High skill in relationship building, strong networking skills;- Experience in brokerages;- Experience with LME, CME;- Experience with Singaporean or Tokyo exchanges will be nice to have;- Familiarity with banking and financial and trading products;- Being a self-starter, proactive, and able to gather information independently;- Previous experience supporting geographically distributed financial institutions;- Demonstrated success within a start-up/early-stage organization;- Exceptional written and verbal communication and negotiation skills;#J-18808-Ljbffr
