    Overview:As a Business Development Manager specializing in Forwarding youwill be responsible for driving business growth and expanding ourclient base in Dubai UAE. Your primary focus will be on identifyingand pursuing new business opportunities within the forwardingindustry meeting sales targets and maximizing revenue generation.This position requires a proactive and resultsoriented individualwith strong sales acumen excellent communication skills and a deepunderstanding of the logistics and freight forwardingsector.



    Requirements

    Responsibilities:

    1. SalesTargetAchievement:
    • Developand implement strategies to achieve sales targets set by thecompany aiming to generate revenue equivalent to four times thegrosssalary.
    • Identifyand pursue new business opportunities within the forwardingindustry including air sea and landfreight.
    • Monitorsales performance analyze results and take corrective actions asnecessary to ensure targets are met orexceeded.
    1. ClientAcquisition and RelationshipManagement:
    • Prospectqualify and onboard new clients in the forwarding sector buildingand maintaining strong relationships to foster longtermpartnerships.
    • Conductregular client visits presentations and negotiations to secure newbusiness and expand the customerbase.
    • Provideexceptional customer service by addressing client inquiriesresolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction at alltimes.
    1. SalesStrategyDevelopment:
    • Developand implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectivesand market trends to drive business growth andprofitability.
    • Identifykey market segments trends and competitive landscapes to capitalizeon emerging opportunities and gain a competitiveedge.
    • Collaboratewith the sales team and management to develop innovative salesinitiatives and promotional campaigns to attract new clients andretain existingones.
    1. SalesPerformance Analysis andReporting:
    • Trackand analyze sales metrics including but not limited to sales volumerevenue and profit margins to assess performance and identify areasforimprovement.
    • Prepareregular sales reports and presentations for management providinginsights recommendations and forecasts to support decisionmakingprocesses.
    • UtilizeCRM software and other sales tools to maintain accurate records ofsales activities client interactions and salesforecasts.

    • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Marketing Logistics or a relatedfield.
    • Provenexperience in sales preferably within the logistics shipping orfreight forwardingindustry.

    Essential Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma orequivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is aplus. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the audiovisualequipment industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems.Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy. Ability to work ina fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
